The Exhibition for EURO 2025 will take place in the foyer of Leeds University Union (LUU) Building, on the main University of Leeds campus.
The exhibition is situated between the Refectory and the Riley Smith Theatre, which is where delegates will have refreshments and collect lunches.

There is an optional opportunity for exhibitors to meet conference attendees during the welcome reception from 18:30 on Sunday 22 June. This is an informal opportunity to meet EURO attendees and network in advance of the event.

Please note, the exhibition hall will be cleaned overnight but you are requested to ensure your stand remains tidy during the event.
The courier is responsible for delivering the parcels/items to the delivery location. Roadside deliveries will not be accepted. The courier is responsible for unloading their own vehicle, University staff are not able to assist in unloading vehicles. The courier must provide their own trolley/pallet truck according to the volume of items being delivered.
Items must be sent to arrive the week commencing 16th June. No deliveries will be accepted before this date.

Please note, exhibitors are requested to leave any items for collection near the white desk in the LUU Foyer.
All exhibition items must be collected by 17:00 Thursday 26 June. We are unable to store items after this date and they will be disposed of.
The majority of exhibition space is 2.2m wide x 2m deep. Double stands are 4m wide x 2m deep.
Please ensure you only bring exhibition materials for your stand.
All stands come complete with a table (182cm x 75cm) and 2 chairs. Double stands will be provide with 2 tables and 4 chairs. Table cloths will be provided.
Exhibitors are welcome to bring a backdrop or lightbox, however please confirm if this is your intention before the event.
All stands will have access to a standard 13 amp socket. Please bring extension cables with you if they are required.
All exhibitors will have access to wifi.
Please note, there is no lead capture system in operation at this event. We are also unable to share delegate lists with exhibitors.

All exhibitors are requested to wear their conference lanyards at all times.
No part of any exhibits, signs, posters or displays can be nailed or attached to columns or walls or any parts of the Conference Venue. Any damage to the Conference Venue by an exhibitor shall be the financial responsibility of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors are welcome to leave their stand in situ overnight, however this is done so at your own risk and valuables should be removed.
Please ensure all walkways are kept free of trip hazards during the event. Stands that encroach on walkways may be asked to move.
All electrical items are required to have a PAT certificate. We reserve the right to ask non-compliant devices to be unplugged during the exhibition.
Exhibitors must confirm if they are bringing any vehicle to the conference no later than 1 week prior to the event. Please contact the exhibition manager Kerry Roe with confirmation of the registrations of the vehicles that will be on site and approximate time of arrival.
Exhibitors can park in the parking bays to unload on University Road, which can be accessed from the entrance to the University on Clarendon Road. Please note this is a different entrance to the main entrance on Woodhouse Lane. Access to the loading area is only possible from Clarendon Road. After you have unloaded and moved your materials inside please move your vehicle to the multi storey car park in Orange Zone. At the end of the event exhibitors can access the same loading spaces to assist with derig.
Maximum stay for unloading/loading is 30 minutes per vehicle.

All car parking is on a first come first serve basis and must be pre-booked. Bookings for car parking close on Friday 13 June. Car parking costs £7 per day and cars can be left in the car park over night. Please contact Kerry Roe to book your car parking. Please note, the nearest car park is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue.
