Enjoy the uplifting sounds of a traditional brass band and be delighted by roaming entertainers as you mingle with fellow delegates. A wine reception and a selection of light bites will be served to help you settle in and start your EURO 2025 experience in style.
Networking Evening – Monday 23 June

All delegates are warmly invited to an inclusive, alcohol-free networking evening in the iconic Refectory and Riley Smith Theatres for a chance to connect, relax, and unwind in a welcoming and vibrant setting.
Enjoy live music and great conversation in a laid-back atmosphere designed to foster meaningful connections in a way that’s accessible to all. Whether you’re catching up with colleagues or meeting new faces, this event offers a refreshing alternative social space at the heart of EURO 2025.

Gala Dinner – Tuesday 24 June

The EURO 2025 Gala Dinner will take place at the Royal Armouries Leeds. Please note, the dinner is only available to those who have pre-booked during online registration. Delegates are requested to make their own way to the venue. The full address is Armouries Drive, Leeds, LS10 1LT.
