The Refectory - Registration and Catering

The Refectory is a central point on campus that will be used for onsite conference registration and will contain the information point for delegate queries. The Refectory will is also a collection point for conference catering and the venue for the opening, closing and Meet and Mingle receptions.

Great Hall - Plenary and Keynote Talks

The Great Hall is the venue for keynote and plenary talks. It is also the venue for the opening and closing sessions.

Overflow seating for popular sessions in the Great Hall is available in the Michael Sadler Building.

Leeds University Union - Exhibition

Situation between the Refectory and the Riley Smith Theatre, Leeds University Union will host the EURO 20025 exhibition. 

Riley Smith - Additional Catering Space (Inside LUU Foyer)

The Riley Smith Theatre is another venue for conference catering and will be the venue for the networking sessions at the Meet and Mingle Event.

University House

University House is to the right of Leeds University Union and The Refectory. It is on the pedestrianised precinct but accessible Lifton Place. All meeting rooms are situated on the second floor but are accessible via a lift at the back of the building.
