EURO 2025: Registration information

Please read the information below carefully before beginning your conference registration.

Please note the following: 

  • *Student Registration rates are available to anyone currently studying a PhD or earlier in their academic career.
  • **Low income country registration rates are available to anyone currently studying and residing in any country that features on this list provided by The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development)
  • EURO 2025 is an in person event and as such there is no option of attending virtually (online).
  • Day Delegate rates are not available for this conference.
  • As part of the conference registration you will be asked to enter your EURO-online registration code. This is a 9 digit alphanumeric code that begins with “R”. If you need to check your registration code you can do so on the EURO Online website
  • If you are an accompanying person, exhibitor, volunteer etc or unless you have submitted an abstract or have a EURO-online account you will not have a registration code. If you do not have a code please leave the box blank.

Registration fees include (unless otherwise advised):

  • Admission to all sessions and the exhibition (does not include accompanying persons)
  • Conference materials (printed conference handbook with short programme; online access to a complete programme with abstracts; sponsor & exhibitor materials)
  • Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening and the Farewell Reception on Wednesday evening. 
  • The registration fee for an accompanying person covers tea/coffee breaks and lunches. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend conference sessions.
  • Please note that the Conference Dinner on Tuesday is not included in any registration category and is bookable as an optional extra for all attendees.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place at the Royal Armouries on Tuesday 24 June. Attendance is available to book as part of your conference registration and costs £80.00. Delegates are required to make their own transport arrangements to and from the dinner venue.

Please note, all abstracts without a registered presenter and completed payment will be removed from the conference programme after 20 April 2025.

Registration Terms and Conditions

  • All registration fees are quoted and will be charged in GBP (£).
  • Conference registration fees are exempted from VAT
  • Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
  • Bank charges and currency exchange fees are at the delegates own expense and should be factored in when transferring funds to ensure the full registration fee is received into the conference bank account.

Payment Methods

  • Payment for conference registrations can be made by card or bank transfer. 
  • If you are internal to the University of Leeds, payment may be made by supplying an internal account code. The conference secretariat will process the internal transfer.
  • The registration page accepts all major card types except American Express.
  • If you are given the option of making payment using a particular currency, please choose GBP (£). Payments made in other currencies will not be processed.
  • It is the responsibility of the person creating their registration to save a copy of their invoice and process the invoice for payment.
  • Any registrations that display a balance to be paid after 20 April 2025 will be cancelled. 

Registration Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • Cancellations received by 31 March 2025 will be refunded in full less a £50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received 1 April – 25 May 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total registration value including the cost of the conference dinner.
  • No refunds are possible for cancellations received after 25 May 2025.
  • Substitutions are possible at any time and at no cost until 25 May. No substitutions are available after this date.
  • No refunds are payable due to non attendance at conference. 
  • Please allow 4 weeks for refund payments to be processed.
