EURO 2025 is working in collaboration with Conference Leeds to provide accommodation for conference attendees.
All bookings are separate to the registration process, and are directly with the hotels. Rooms are available at a range of price points. This map shows the location of hotels within Leeds.
There are a number of hotels in the city centre most of which are a walking distance from the University of Leeds.
We recommend to book early to avoid disappointment.
The EURO 2025 Organising Committee wishes to make all conference attendees aware of an increasingly common conference accommodation scam.
Conference attendees, exhibitors and speakers are contacted by individuals claiming to represent the conference or an agency either demanding payment for, or offering to book conference accommodation. Variations of this scam include contacting delegates requesting payment for registration fees.
Although EURO 2025 does not share registration information externally other than with the parties detailed in our data protection statement, scammers often find contact details online or from publicly available conference programmes.
EURO 2025 strongly advises attendees to ignore such requests for accommodation payment.
