Join us as we officially welcome delegates to Leeds for EURO 2025 and mark a very special occasion – the 50th anniversary of EURO! Set in the vibrant heart of campus, this open-air Welcome Reception promises a warm Yorkshire welcome with a celebratory atmosphere.
Enjoy the uplifting sounds of a traditional brass band and be delighted by roaming entertainers as you mingle with fellow delegates. A wine reception and a selection of light bites will be served to help you settle in and start your EURO 2025 experience in style.
Meet & Mingle (Networking Evening) – Monday 23 June
18:00–20:00 | The Refectory & Riley Smith Theatre
All delegates are warmly invited to an inclusive networking evening across The Riley Smith Theatre and The Refectory, both conveniently located within the same building, so you can move between the two as you wish.
The Riley Smith Theatre provides a relaxed space for networking and unwinding, while The Refectory hosts live music for those who want to enjoy great sounds alongside good company.
Food and drinks will be available in both areas, ensuring you can grab a refreshment wherever you are. Whether you’re catching up with colleagues, meeting new faces, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, this evening promises a welcoming and vibrant setting at the heart of EURO 2025.

Gala Dinner – Tuesday 24 June

The EURO 2025 Gala Dinner will take place at the Royal Armouries Leeds. Please note, the dinner is only available to those who have pre-booked during online registration. Delegates are requested to make their own way to the venue. The full address is Armouries Drive, Leeds, LS10 1LT.
